Doing business with the County

Supplier orientation sessions feature information on how to register your company to do business with the county, receive general information about the purchasing process and the various kinds of purchases that are made by the various government entities. Members of the County's Purchasing Team will be available for discussions.

These sessions are held the second Wednesday of each month. There is no charge for the sessions.

All suppliers interested in doing business with the County should register with eVA, the commonwealth of Virginia's electronic procurement portal.

Registration on the eVA web site is the first step in doing business with the County and over 663 other local governments and state agencies in the commonwealth of Virginia.

The Purchasing Office of Henrico County uses eVA to:
