Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court (JDR) Intakes

When ordered to CCP probation in JDR Court, you are required to meet with a Henrico CCP Probation Officer immediately after court. Our intake office is located in the Juvenile Court Services Unit behind the glass doors, past the Deputies at the scanner. Please inform the Receptionist that you are there for this purpose. The CCP intake process will take approximately 20 minutes.

INTAKE HOURS ARE:

Mondays 9:00am – 12:00 pm and
1:00pm – 5:00 pm
Thursdays 9:00am – 12:00 pm
Fridays 10:00am – 1:00 pm

You must report as soon as you have addressed your court costs at the Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office. If the intake office has closed, you need to report the next available time.

If you are incarcerated, you will need to report within 3 days of your release to this office during the days and times noted above.

General District Court(GDC) Intakes

You are required to meet with a Henrico CCP Probation Officer immediately after court. Our office is located in this court on the 1st floor, just past General District Courtroom #1 on the left. Please make the Intake officer aware that you have arrived, and present your Court Referral (Pink Copy). The CCP intake process will take approximately 20 minutes.

INTAKE HOURS ARE:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
9:30am – 12:30pm and
1:30pm – 3:30pm

You must report immediately after court, as soon as you have addressed your court costs at the Clerk’s Office.

If you report after the Intake hours or if you are referred on Monday and Friday, please report on the next intake day and time as stated above.

If you are incarcerated, you will need to report within 3 days of your release to this office during the days and times noted above.

PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO THE MAIN OFFICE! Intakes are no longer done at that location.

Pretrial Services Intakes

If you have been instructed to report to PRETRIAL SERVICES, please read below.

The court has released you on bond to the Pretrial Services Program for supervision. Our office is located at 8600 Dixon Powers Drive, in the back of the Human Services building next to the Juvenile Domestic Relations court.

In order to remain out on bond, you are required to report to our office the day you are released before 11:45 am. If you are released after that time, you are to report the following business day by 11:45 am.

INTAKE HOURS ARE:

Monday – Friday
9:00am to 11:45 am

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS COURT ORDER WILL RESULT IN A CAPIAS BEING ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST.
