Treasury Division

The Treasury Division has two locations to assist citizens. Our primary office is located at 4301 E. Parham Road and our satellite office is located at 3820 Nine Mile Road. Citizens are encouraged to come to either office to make payments or receive assistance. The Treasury Division is responsible for issuing tax bills and for collecting taxes and other amounts due to the County. The primary functions found in the Treasury Division are:

• Billing real estate and personal property taxes and vehicle licenses
• Accepting payments for taxes, vehicle licenses, utility bills, parking tickets, dog licenses, and other miscellaneous payments
• Collecting delinquent real estate and personal property taxes
• Selling dog licenses
• Selling landfill coupons
• Assisting taxpayers with questions concerning their bills
• Processing estimated tax payments for the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Administering the Personal Property Tax Relief Act
