Be Ready Henrico

Get prepared for disasters and emergencies in four steps.

Step 1 – Make a Kit – It can seem daunting, but here are some easy to follow lists to put together an emergency kit for home, work, and your vehicle.  When putting your kit together, think about the “basics of survival”: water, food, clear air, and warmth.  Also be sure to think about specific needs that you or your family may have, including planning for your pets!
