Over $200:   $41 $12 service fee for each defendant
Under $200: $36 $12 service fee for each defendant.

Garnishments
Over $200: $41 4 services (at $12 each) = $89
Under $200: $36 4 services (at $12 each) = $84

If being served through the Secretary of the Commonwealth:
$41.00 or $36.00 to Henrico General District Court plus a separate check for $28 to the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

At the time of filing, you must have a self-addressed stamped envelope to the defendant.

Writ of Possession: $25 (1st defendant Levy fee)
$12 each additional service

Writ of Fieri Facias: $25 levy fee

Petition for Restoration of Driving Privileges – Habitual Offender (DC-485)
$60 and you must have your most recent driving record from DMV when petition is filed.
