From cutting edge, innovative training courses to career enrichment advising, this division provides professional and personal development opportunities for Henrico County Government employees. The award-winning Leadership Development Program provides resources to encourage supervisors to develop in 20 different leadership competencies, while the Customer Service Certification Program reminds employees that we are all here to serve our customers, both internal and external.
Through our state-of-the-art Training Center, employees can access classes in such topics as Technology, Customer Service, Leadership, and Professional Development. We have a unique partnership with several technology-training providers, allowing our employees access to classes in the latest software applications and technology innovations.
The Career Enrichment Program provides tools, resources, and guidance to employees as they chart their career paths. Finally, ED&T provides organizational consultations and team building for intact workgroups across the County workforce.
