Adult Programs

Adult Sports Leagues
Henrico County offers many adult leagues for ages 18 and older to participate in. These sports leagues include soccer, lacrosse, baseball, rugby, cricket, flag football, and more. If you would like more information regarding any sports activities, call Andy Crane at 501-5156.

Registration Note: For adult sports leagues, there are no refunds after the first scheduled day of play.

 

Youth Programs

Youth Sports Associations
There are over 40 youth sports associations that serve a variety of ages. Last year, approximately 50,000 youth participated in one or more sports in the County. There were also approximately 8,000 coaches who volunteered their time to assist with the coaching of these teams and players. If you are interested in coaching or have a child that may want to play, please give us a call so we can assist you in finding the association closest to you.
