• October 31, 2009 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Absentee Voting

Last day to register to vote, transfer registration or change address:	Monday, October 5, 2009, DEADLINE: 5:00 p.m.
Last day for receipt of absentee ballot applications by mail and fax:	Tuesday, October 27, 2009, DEADLINE: 5:00 p.m.
Last day to vote absentee in person at Henrico County Voter Registration and Elections Offices	Saturday, October 31, 2009, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
