Last day to register to vote, transfer registration or change address: Monday, October 12, 2010, DEADLINE: 5:00 p.m.

Last day for receipt of absentee ballot applications by mail and fax: Tuesday, October 26, 2010, DEADLINE: 5:00 p.m.

Last day to vote absentee in person at Henrico County Voter Registration and Elections Offices Saturday, October 30, 2010, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
