Does the owner need to sign the Utility Information Sheet for legal agreement form?
No, either the owner or the “agent” can sign. The “agent” is not necessarily the registered agent, just the person who completes the information sheet and knows about the information sheet for that project.

 

My subdivision utility plans had been rejected by the Public Works Department, but they have now approved my subdivision construction plans. When can the Public Utilities Department resend my utility plans to Public Works?
If no changes are required to the plans Public Utilities will resubmit them to Public Works. If there are changes that need to be made, the plans are available for redlining or slip-sheeting at the Public Utilities office.

No, as stated on the form, faxed or e-mailed Information sheets are not acceptable because an original signature is required for processing. A complete information sheet package must include the deed and boundary sketches.
