Is there a limit on the number of yard sales a resident can hold in Henrico in a given year?

There is no such limitation in Henrico, as long as the number of yard sales is customary and incidental in a residential district. The city of Richmond does charge for a license if sales exceed a certain number.

Not all subdivisions are required to have homeowners’ associations. You will need to contact a planner with the Development, Review & Design Division at (804) 501-4602 to determine if there is a requirement for your subdivision.
