Parking Tickets - $3.95 fee per transaction.

Personal Property & Real Estate Taxes, Official Payments charges the customer a fee of 2.5% of the payment amount for this service. The minimum fee is $1.00. For Utility Bills the fee is $4.50, and for Parking Tickets the fee is $3.95 per transaction.

Virginia law requires that the convenience fee charged for using your credit card must be paid by you.
