Andrew Baxter, Assistant Fire Chief, Professional Services

Chief Baxter began his career with the Division of Fire in 1995 as a member of Recruit School #32. Throughout his career he has filled many roles including engine officer, truck officer, squad officer, Training Coordinator, EMS Field Supervisor, and Battalion Chief.

Chief Baxter possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Virginia and is currently enrolled in the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program.
