Administration

The Administrative section consists of the Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, and the Assistant Chief. They are primarily responsible for the leadership and management of the Fire Department. Primary responsibilities include Labor/Management relations, budgetary formation and control, strategic planning and implementation, accounting, purchasing, payroll, human resources and others. The Administrative Division also has support personnel for budget, payroll and other functions.
