Assistant Fire Chief Andrew M. Baxter oversees the Professional Services section of the Henrico County Division of Fire. Professional Services is comprised of the Business Management section and the Human Resources section. Business Management personnel are responsible for capital projects including fire station construction and renovation, budget development and management, and apparatus fleet management. Human Resources personnel manage Fire Training, Professional Development and Internal Affairs.
