establishing a policy for small, minority, and women-owned businesses in
County Procurement.

Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the County of Henrico. All suppliers interested in doing business with the County should register with eVA, the commonwealth of Virginia's electronic procurement portal.
Registration on the eVA web site is the first step in doing business with the County and over 663 other local governments and state agencies in the commonwealth of Virginia.
The Purchasing Office of Henrico County uses eVA to:
