Human Resources
The Department of Human Resources is an arm of the County Manager’s Office and is one of only six agencies that directly reports to the County Manager. The department consists of 48 full-time staff and one contractual physician. Our department’s eight divisions provide a multitude of services, programs and functions for Henrico County’s general government workforce of over 4,000 employees. Our job listing is updated weekly.
