Paula G. Reid
Director of Human Resources
Paula Reid joined the County in 1997. After numerous promotions, Ms. Reid was appointed Assistant Director of Human Resources in 2005. Prior to that, she oversaw the Employee Development & Training Division of the Human Resources Department.
Rebecca L. (Becky) Tate
Assistant Director
Becky Tate (formerly Becky Simulcik) began her Human Resources career with Henrico County on April 29, 1998, as a Personnel Technician in the HR Information Systems Division. About a year and a half later, she transferred to the Recruitment Division where she spent most of her professional career, advancing to Division Manager in 2007. She was appointed Assistant Director of Human Resources in November, 2011.
