The Customer Service Certification Program (click here for CSCP brochure) provides all Henrico County employees a way to build competencies and earn recognition for professional development.

MISSION
To create a workforce that is responsive to the needs of internal and external customers.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

  • Identify behaviors that enhance good customer service.
  • Increase the proficiency of Henrico County employees in the areas of customer service delivery by offering a variety of learning opportunities focused on customer service skills.
  • Create expectations by internal and external customers that Henrico County employees will deliver customer service above the norm.

CSCP FORMS

As of April 2, 2014, the Customer Service Certification Program is being phased out, and no new applicants will be admitted. Employees will still have opportunities to develop by taking advantage of the many other learning opportunities including the upcoming Emerging Leaders Certification Program (ELCP). Current CSCP participants have until January 2015 to complete their current levels. The final CSCP ceremony will be held in Spring 2015.
