Notes:

Each tile covers an area of 3,000 x 3,000 ft,. or about 200 acres.

Countywide refers to several CDs that contain the respective layers countywide.

This price schedule applies only to native GIS data. Other data native of other systems, such as the Computer Aided Mass Appraisal System, and that are associated to the GIS thorough active links, are not to be distributed as part of this program, unless otherwise specified and approved.

Hardcopy and digital products may be distributed by any agency that receives a request for products. Standard mapping products may be purchased from The Permit Center. The primary contact for custom maps and digital data is the GIS Office.

Digital distribution limits the use of the products to internal use by the requesting party. Further distribution to third parties is not permitted. The products are the intellectual property of Henrico County. The County reserves the right to distribute, limit distribution, and hold ownership to the GIS products.

Flood Plain Data now Available. Countywide layers of FEMA and County floodplains are now available on a countywide only basis. This data includes ESRI shapefile as well as other ancillary flood-study related information based on the County’s Flood Study adopted during December, 2007. The cost for this data group is $800.00.
