Volunteer Opportunity
In support of the Henrico Local Human Rights Committee (HLHRC), HAMHDS is seeking volunteers to serve as members of the HLHRC. Specifically, volunteers should be individuals who are receiving or have received public or private mental health, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse treatment or habilitation services within the last five years, or a family member, or a health care service provider. The committee meets in the evening, about 4-6 times a year. If you are interested in being on the HLHRC, please contact Yvonne Russell at (804) 727-8514.
