Williamsburg Road

Land Use Study

This study area is in the eastern section of the County generally along Williamsburg Road between I-295 and the New Kent County line. The recommendations of the study were approved by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors on December 10, 2002.

The approved project contains the following components:

1. The LUP (Land Use Plan) This section outlines the future recommended land uses in the study area.

2. The MTP (Major Thoroughfare Plan) This section outlines the future recommended road network in the study area.
