Fairfield District Supervisor Frank Thornton's next constituent meeting will feature a behind the scenes look at the local FBI facility on Monday, June 10, at 7 p.m., in the FBI Building, 1970 East Parham Road. Special Agent in Charge of the Richmond office Don Thompson will join Thornton to discuss the local FBI's function. Attendees must register by June 3 and bring photo identification to the meeting.

Thornton's meetings are always open to the public. He encourages adults interested in learning about the FBI to attend the meeting.

Varina District Supervisor Jim Donati is hosting a town meeting to highlight homeland security and the lessons learned since September 11, on Monday, May 20, at 7 p.m., at the Eastern Government Center, 3820 Nine Mile Road. Representatives from several Henrico County agencies will join Donati to discuss homeland security costs, standards, equipment and training as well as answer audience questions.

Donati typically holds town meetings the third Monday of each month. His meetings are open to the public, and he encourages everyone to attend.

"Preliminary Plans for the New Tuckahoe Library" is the topic of Tuckahoe District Supervisor Pat O'Bannon's next town meeting on Thursday, May 16, at both 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., at the Gayton Public Library, 10600 Gayton Road. Architect Phillips Swager Associates and Denelle C. Wrightson, A.I.A, will join O'Bannon for a plan review and discussion.
