Residents can learn about the growing problem of Internet fraud at Tuckahoe District Supervisor Pat O'Bannon's next town meeting. Scheduled for Thursday, March 6, the meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Gayton Library, 10600 Gayton Road. "Understanding Internet Fraud and Privacy Issues" will feature presentations by representatives of Henrico County's Division of Police and Department of Finance. The next constituent meeting of Fairfield District Supervisor Frank Thornton will examine the development process in localities. The meeting, "The Role of PDRs (Purchase of Development Rights) in Localities," is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, March 3, in the multipurpose room of the Eastern Government Center, 3820 Nine Mile Road.
