Belmont Tennis Courts Facility Rehabilitation

November 2010-May 2011

This project consists of rehabilitation and replacement of the existing 8 tennis courts at Belmont Recreation Center. The existing courts consist of six (6) clay courts and two (2) hard courts constructed in 1960 which are in need of a complete rehabilitation. The construction project will include all work to provide six (6) fast-dry courts with sub-surface irrigation and two (2) synthetic courts for year round play. Supporting work such as demolition, site work/grading, water line piping, storm water features, asphalt and concrete work, fencing and supporting elements will be needed.

Tennis Courts, Inc. has been awarded the construction project and they have worked on numerous tennis court projects in the Richmond area. On-site construction activities will begin November 2010 and the project will be completed May 1, 2011.
