The Community Development Division of the Henrico County Department of Community Revitalization advertises the availability of funds by March 1. Notice will also be sent to public and private agencies on the mailing list or that may have some interest in the CDBG and HOME Programs. Proposal forms will be made available to private agencies on March 1.
Proposals are due to the Community Development Office by 4:30 p.m. April 1.
The Community Development Program staff will evaluate the proposals and make recommendations to the County Manager by June 15.
