Central Gardens

The Central Gardens Neighborhood Plan, completed in December 1998, identified numerous opportunities for the stabilization and improvement of this residential community.

It promoted the construction of the Hidden Creek Recreation Center, which was subsequently constructed in July 2000 and serves as a focal point the neighborhood.

The Plan will serve as a benchmark for neighborhood planning in the future.
