Information for Submitting Erosion and Sediment Agreements, Declarations, and Letters of Credit

• Contact the Design Division for the amount of the Bond.
• Contact the Administration Division for questions regarding acceptable forms of financial guarantee.

Erosion and Sediment Agreement (required) (PDF)

Complete the E&S Agreement and return to the Department of Public Works along with one of the following financial guarantees:

• Cash - Make checks payable to "The County of Henrico, Virginia"
• Letter of Credit (PDF) - out of area bank may be used, but must be drawable at a local address in Henrico County, Chesterfield County, or City of Richmond.
• Assignment of a Certificate of Deposit (PDF)
• Request release of E&S Bonds by writing:
