FY 2014-2015 Pay Increase

As a direct result of employees’ efficiencies and cost savings measures, the budget approved by the Board of Supervisors for FY 2014-2015 includes a pay increase. This pay increase requires that an employee be hired before January 1, 2014, and receive an “Acceptable” or better on their 2014 performance evaluation as the first criteria for eligibility. If an employee meets this criteria and has 1 – 3 years of service, the employee will receive a 2.372% increase — one step. If an employee meets this criteria and has three (3) or more years of service, the employee will receive a wage adjustment and step increase totaling 3%.
